I’ve been travelling and planning trips for more than 20 years, always drawn to new places, flavours, and experiences.

Travel has shaped how I see the world. It’s taught me to slow down, connect with people, and notice the little details that make each place feel different.

Wherever I go, I bring a travel journal. It’s filled with notes, ticket stubs, and small moments I don’t want to forget. Over time, it’s become a record of the places I’ve been and how they felt.

This site’s where I bring everything together. The places I’ve visited, what worked, what didn’t, and what’s actually worth your time when you’re planning a trip.

A Glimpse Into my Travels

About Travel with Manu

Travel with Manu started as a way to collect stories, photos, and experiences from years of travelling.

Now it’s a space where I share destination guides, itineraries, and practical advice to make planning a trip simpler.

You’ll find guides that bring everything into one place, from where to go and what to do, to how to get around and what to expect when you’re there. The goal is to help you understand a destination properly before you go, not just skim through it.

You’ll find guides that bring everything into one place, from where to go and what to do, to how to get around and what to expect when you’re there.

They’re designed to give you a clear picture of a destination before you go, making it easier to plan your trip.

Discover the World with Me

I’ve gathered my favourite travel stories from places that have left a mark on me.

I hope they give you new ideas and remind you how wonderful it feels to explore somewhere new.

In January, unexpected colour appeared in the sky across parts of New South Wales. I’ve put together the places where it happened and what to know if you’re watching again.
